FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Simply select the Free Shipping option on the order checkout screen. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped to addresses within the continental United States.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping and handling charges depend on the weight and number of items comprising the shipment. Shipping charges will be displayed on the Checkout page before you are asked for your payment information.

We do not offer Next Day or Second Day shipping at this time.

For our Standard Shipping, we use either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service.

For shipments under 9 ounces, we offer a choice of either First Class Mail or Priority Mail service.

For shipments under 4 pounds, we use USPS Priority Mail service, which takes 2-3 business days to arrive.

Shipments over 4 pounds are typically sent via UPS Ground. This service takes 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location and distance from our warehouse.

Customers who require shipment via a particular carrier or other custom shipping arrangements will be accommodated whenever possible; please include any such requests in the "Order Comments" box during the checkout process.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages.

We can deliver to military addresses, but please keep in mind that delivery may take longer than the times stated below.

U.S. Shipping Timelines

  • Most packages are shipped within 24-48 hours of your order except for orders that contain products that are marked as Bulk Dice. See our Policies & Terms page for more information.
  • Delays may occur if the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, or anytime after 12:00PM NOON (Central Standard Time).
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays. So, when estimating your order's arrival date, please do not include weekends and holidays in the number of delivery days.
  • FOR STANDARD DELIVERY Delivery time is 3-5 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, please allow up to 10 days.
  • We will send a shipping confirmation e-mail with the date your order was shipped and further details.
  • Orders are not shipped until billing and credit card information is verified and the bank provides an authorization. If there is a problem with your order due to payment information you entered, we will contact you via e-mail or phone.
  • Dice Game Depot reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
